Gauge (analog meters)

The analog meter or auge on this page allows you to display any value in an analog meter. E.g. if you're measuring volt inut from an Arduino with a maximum of 12 volt, you can set the extTime property of group Gauge to x,12 where x is the measured input.



It is best to use a script to set the size of the gauge control with the lockMessages set to false. The scripts of the gauge control will adjust all its elements. If you set the gauge to a very small size, you might want to set the extShowValue of the gauge control to false and set the extShowMinutes to a small number.

The gauge is based on the clock available elsewhere on this site. Hence the names of the properties extTime and extShowMinutes.
